ECONNECTID SYSTEM USES DATABASE of the CLIENTS AS THE DATA LINK FROM RETAILER TO THE CLIENTS DEVICES AND BACK.
Retailer creates in the database:
- Promo-actions;
- Messages;
- Configuration for Application;
- Information about its outlets;
- etc.
The Clients create the notes in the database of:
- activating of the retailer’s card;
- user activity in the application;
- delivery and reading of the messages from retailer;
- feedback and suggestions.
Stored information in the database of EconnectID doesn’t contain the data identifying Clients of retailer.
The identifier (ID-card number) is being used for communication of Clients with retailer. This identifier allows retailer to link the data of EconnectID to the personal data of Client in database of retailer. Thus, retailer has the right to own the database of its Clients only.
ATTENTION: Data of the application EconnectID is stored in secure “cloud” vaults. Direct access to the database is impossible from the internet, it’s the authorized IPA servers only, being at the same zone of private network , which is able to receive a restricted set of information for the authenticated Clients.
Client Application EconnectID is installed on mobile devices of Consumers and ensures visual submission of retailer’s information on Clients mobile devices. While visiting retailer’s outlet, Consumer scans unique code on the retailer’s scanner from the touchscreen of mobile device, receives a discount in accordance to the introduced promotions and as well as register visiting in the Supplier’s system.
