We, ECONNECT ID LTD (hereinafter referred to as “EconnectID”), realize that your privacy is important for you and your data is to used and extended to the Internet.

This actual Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) is applied until the use of all data, which shall be collected by us in the using process of our portal.

We respect and appreciate the privacy of anyone who visits our application, collect and use information through the means that secure your rights and our obligations under the law.

This Policy is applied until the use of all data, collected by us regarding the use of our portal. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and make sure you realize it. Your concurrence with our Privacy Policy is considered to be your first use of our portal. If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using our portal.

While you are work with the portal, we do not collect or process your personal data, we do not collect information about your IP address, geographical location, etc.

4.1.Information obtained from other sources.

We protect data collected from the third parties in accordance with the practices described in this Policy, and we also apply additional restrictions imposed on us by the data source.

EconnectID uses Google Analytics and similar services to find important traffic information and portal ratings.

5. How do we use information about you?

5.1. We only accept the username and password hash code of those users, who have registered on the portal solely for authorizing access to protected information;

5.2. We use data collected from the other sources to provide you with the best possible service. This includes:

5.2.1. Providing and managing your access to our App;

5.2.2. Delivery of our services to you;

5.2.3. Personalize services for you;

5.2.4. Reply to a message from you;

5.3.7. Analyze the use of our portal so that we can continually improve our portal and your user experience;

6. How long is information about you being stored?

6.1 The user’s username and password hash-code entered during registration are permanently stored in our database using the appropriate security standards. They can be deleted from the database if the user contacts the company with such a request.

6.3 Despite the security measures we take, it is important to remember that data transmission over the Internet may not be completely secure and that you are advised to take appropriate precautions when transmitting your personal data over the Internet.

7. Do we share information about you?

7.1 EconnectID does not collect or process personal data of individuals.We do not sell your personal data.

7.2. We may compile statistics about the use of our portal, the number of users, orders, and other information. All such data will not contain any personal information. We may share this data from time to time with third parties, such as potential investors, affiliates, partners, and advertisers. The data will be distributed and used only within the limits of the law.

7.3. In certain cases, we may be legally obligated to provide certain data being  stored by us; for example, in cases where we participate in legal proceedings, comply with legal requirements, court orders or government authorities. We do not require any additional consent from you to share your data-in such cases, we will comply with any legally binding request that has been made to us.

8. What if our business changes hands? 

8.1 We may expand or reduce our business from time to time, and this may include selling and/or transferring control of all or part of our business. The data provided by users will be transferred together with this part, and the new owner or new controlling party, in accordance with the provisions of this privacy Policy, may use the data for the purposes for which it was originally collected by us.

8.2. In the case that data needs to be transferred in this way, you will be contacted in advance and informed of this.

We may use Cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and user settings.

9.1 What is a cookie?

10. How do cookie settings be controlled?
