We, ECONNECT ID LTD (hereinafter referred to as “EconnectID”), realize that your privacy is important for you and your data is to used and extended to the Internet.

This actual Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) is applied until the use of all data, which shall be collected by us in the using process of our application.

We respect and appreciate the privacy of anyone who visits our application, collect and use information through the means that secure your rights and our obligations under the law.

This Policy is applied until the use of all data, collected by us regarding the use of our application. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and make sure you realize it. Your concurrence with our Privacy Policy is considered to be your first use of our application. If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using our application.

1.1 These terms have the following meanings in this Policy:

4. What kind of information do we collect?

While you are working with the EconnectID application, we do not collect or process your personal data. These data are collected and processed directly by the retail companies, and therefore all security measures for the collection and storage of personal data of individuals are assigned directly to the retail companies.

4.1.Retention of information you provide to the companies – retailers – such as your name, phone number, and e-mail address; For example, when filling in a contact form or contacting us by email or telephone, is provided by retailer itself, who legally uses our application.

4.2 Automatically collected information.

The EconnectID application uses industry standards to collect certain information about users of our application automatically. For example, we may collect information about the type of device you use to access our application, how you use our application, what errors may occur while using it. This information does not contain any personally identifiable information for EconnectID.

5. How do we use information about you?

5.1. All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the law on the protection of personal data by retailers.

5.2. We are constantly striving to improve our app offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from our users. We can also improve customer service, as your feedback and collected information about your activity on our application help us respond more quickly to your requests and support your needs while using EconnectID.

5.3 We use collected data to provide you the best possible services. It includes:

5.3.2. Providing and managing your access to our application;

5.3.3. Delivery of our services to you;

5.4 The information collected by the application will only be available to EconnectID and the retailer you are a customer of. It  be sold, exchanged, transferred to any other company for any reason.

6. How long is information about you being stored?

6.1 Your data is stored by retailer, which consumer you are, as long as they need to use it, as described above in Section 5, and / or until they have your permission to store it.

6.2 We always strive to protect your personal information and thereby we familiarize ourselves with the text of this policy by retailers for the purpose of proving that it is essential to properly preserve the personal data of individuals.

6.3 Despite the means of security we take, it is important to remember that transmitting data over the Internet may not be secure and that you are advised to take appropriate precautions when transferring your personal data via the Internet.

7. Do we share information about you?

7.1 EconnectID does not collect or process personal information of individuals, these functions are retained by the retailer.

7.2. We may compile statistics on the use of our application, the number of users, orders and other information. All such data will be anonymized and will not contain any personally identifiable information. From time to time we shall share such data with third parties, such as potential investors, affiliates, partners, and advertisers. The data are disseminated and used within the law.

7.3. In certain cases, we may be legally obliged to provide certain information stored with us; for example, in cases where we are involved in litigation, we comply with the law, court order or governmental authority. We do not require any additional consent from you to share the collected information – in such cases we comply with any legally binding request made to us.

8. What if our business changes hands? 

8.1 From time to time we may expand or reduce our business and it may include the sale and / or control transfer of all or part of our business. Provided data by User will be shared with this part, and the new owner or new controlling party may use the data for the purposes for which they were originally collected by us in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

8.2. If any of your data is to be transmitted in this way, you will not be contacted and informed in advance.

9. How can you control your data?

9.1 Mobile devices allow users to restrict certain features of the application such as personal messaging, geo-location tracking etc. But when using such restrictions, you may not keep important information or an interesting offer from a retailer.

10. Use by children

EconnectID is not targeted or intended for use by children. Accordingly, our services are not directed and should not be accessible to persons under the age of sixteen (16 years), and we ask these persons not allow to provide personal information to retail companies. Minors should obtain the consent of the guardian’s parents or legal entities to provide their personal information.
